Two routes lead to the Dolakha District from Kathmandu: one spanning approximately 140 kilometers via Kadichaur through the Lamu Sanghu-Jiri Highway, passing through towns such as Banepa, Dhulikhel, Dolal-Ghat, Lamo-Sangu, Khadi Chaur, and Mude. The alternative route is the Banepa-Charikot Highway, adding about 20 additional kilometers, making it a total of 160 kilometers, with towns like Dhurikhel, Kurkut, and Khumiti along the way.
