Panorama views of the Khumbu glacier and the Himalayas from Kalapatthar, 5644m. The Khumbu Glacier is located in northeastern Nepal between Mount Everest and the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. It is the world’s highest glacier, stretching 17 km and ranging in elevation from 4,900 m at its terminus to 7,600 m at its source.
