UML’s National Volunteer Force Event Faces Protest at Maitighar

The UML Janasangathan Coordination Mechanism’s National Volunteer Force Central Command announcement program—held today with party chair KP Sharma Oli as the chief guest—drew strong objections from GenZ protest victims and supporters at Maitighar. The demonstrators accused KP Sharma Oli of provoking the Bara incident and labeled him responsible for the violence, protesting the decision to feature him as the chief guest.
