Spiny Babbler endemic bird of Nepal

The Spiny Babbler (Turdoides nipalensis) is a unique and predominantly shy bird species endemic to Nepal. In Nepali, it’s called “kande Bhyakur” which means throny bird.
This bird is becoming endangered due to increasing urbanization and human development.
