The Rock Pigeon मलेवा (Columba livia) is a member of the bird family Columbidae (doves and pigeons).  It is often referred to as the pigeon. you’ll often see them crowding streets and public squares, living on discarded food and birdseed. They nest on buildings, window ledges, barns, grain towers, and natural cliffs in the countryside
