PM Sushila Karki, Jagdish Kharel Visit Gen-Z Martyrs’ Families on Vijaya Dashami

On the occasion of this year’s Vijaya Dashami, Prime Minister Sushila Karki, along with Minister of Communications and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel and other officials, met with the families of martyrs who lost their lives during the Gen-Z movement. She visited the family of Sauran Kishor Shrestha, originally from Baglung and residing in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Minister Jagdish Kharel was also present during the visit. Earlier, Prime Minister Karki had stated that she would refrain from applying the Dashami tika in remembrance of those who died in the movement. Kathmandu, October 2, 2025.

प्रधानमन्त्री सुशीला कार्कीले यस वर्षको विजयादशमी टीकाको दिन जेनजी आन्दोलनमा मृत्यु भएका शहिद परिवारलाई भेटेकी छिन् । प्रधानमन्त्री कार्कीले बागलुङ घर भई काठमाडौँको वनस्थली बस्दै आएका मृतक सौरन किशोर श्रेष्ठको परिवारलाई भेटघाट गरेका छिन। साथै सञ्चार मन्त्री जगदीश खरेल पनि पुगेका थिए। प्रधानमन्त्री कार्कीले यसअघि नै जेनजी आन्दोलनमा मृतक भएकाहरूको सम्झनामा दसैँमा टीका नलगाने बताइसकेकी छन् ।
