Mani Stones or Prayer Stones on the way to Tsho Rolpa

Mani stones, also known as prayer stones, are sacred rocks inscribed with Buddhist prayers, mantras, or symbols. They are commonly found in Nepal, Tibet, and other Himalayan regions. These stones are typically engraved with the mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum,” which embodies compassion and the path to enlightenment. Positioned along hiking trails, near monasteries, or at spiritual sites, mani stones serve as tools for meditation and blessings.
