Biska Jatra

Biska Jatra, one of the most vibrant and culturally significant festivals of Bhaktapur, Nepal, begins with grand celebrations on the first day. The festival, which marks the Nepali New Year (Bisket Biska Jatra), starts with the Yosin Khat (Linga) erection ceremony in Taumadhi Square.
