12 years and is only reconstructed earlier if it is unexpectedly damaged. However, after two wheels were destroyed in a fire during the protests, reconstruction work was initiated. The rebuilding process began on the day of Saraswati Puja. Skilled artisans are crafting the wheel following traditional methods and techniques, and it is expected to be completed within about one and a half months. Kathmandu, Nepal – February 2026.
