If a photo features othe individuals, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have consent to use those images.
No AI Generation: AI-generated images are strictly prohibited. All submitted photographs must be taken and edited by the participant without the use of artificial intelligence or automated tools.
Resolution Requirements: Photos must be high-resolution, with a minimum of 300 DPI. This ensures that the images are clear and suitable for printing or publication. Low-quality images may be disqualified at the discretion of the judges.
Submission Format: Images should be submitted in JPEG or PNG format. Each submission should be properly labeled with the participant’s name and a title for the photograph.
Editing Guidelines: Participants are allowed to make basic edits for brightness, contrast, and color balance. However, excessive alterations that significantly change the original photograph are not permitted. Overly edited images may be disqualified.
